Adams’ works range from contemporary to traditional.
Her design projects include private residences, show houses,
model homes, historic homes, and commercial and hospitality
projects. In 2002, she designed the International Homebuilders
Association’s Georgian Showhouse. She has designed
spaces at Glenridge Hall Christmas House for Childkind
and Callenwolde Holiday House. Adams has served on many
trade boards including DIFFA (Design Industries’ Fight
Against AIDS). She was appointed to the advisory boards
of Imperial Wallcovering in 2000 and Kravet Fabrics in
2004 to make design recommendations for projected industry
trends. For the past six years she has been invited and
participated in the Atlanta Symphony Associates Decorator’s
Showhouse.
Her interior design services include all aspects of design
from the ground up if needed, truly a “turn key” service.
Adams works directly with the architect and builder from
the point of conception through completion including
architectural drawings, selections of finishes and fixtures,
artist renderings, selections of furniture, drapery,
artwork, as well as finishing accessories. Adams feels
interior design is a passion, not a job and considers
her design abilities to be a gift from God.

Keva
Swofford
Designer
Keva Swofford graduated with a degree in Interior Design
from Georgia Southern University. After graduation she
began working an assistant and project manager at a large
Atlanta design firm. After a few years of apprenticeship
she began designing for her own clients. Having decided
that her goals had been satisfied within the firm, Swofford
decided to create her own business and practice design
on her own.
Swofford has been with Meg Adams Interiors
since its inception. Her contributions to the firm are
immeasurable as to her knowledge of architectural elements
and new home construction.
Linda
Coots
Designer/Project Manager
Linda started her professional life by making a determined
decision to put herself in any position needed to get her
feet wet in the design field. Her first taste of design
came by working as a part time drapery designer at a drapery
work room. It was there that she learned the basics of
fabrics, their construction, patterns and styles. After
achieving set goals she moved on to assist a well known
interior designer that had recently left a large Atlanta
firm to
start up her own. A few years later, she came to Meg Adams
Interiors as an assistant to Meg Adams.
She has since started
taking on her own projects while continuing to act as project
manager to Adams. She has assisted in jobs all around the
southeast as well as model homes, various show houses and
most prominently the Symphony Associates Decorator’s
Showhouse. |
